New router /v1/linbo/ exposing LINBO data for external caching servers. Endpoints: health, changes (delta feed), batch host/config/startconf lookup, DHCP export, GRUB configs, image manifest, image upload/download with Range and chunked upload support. Depends on linuxmusterTools.linbo modules (linbo-lmntools package).
